The Seasonal Mini Shoots are designed to bring a pop of seasonality into your brand so that you have relevant images for your marketing at specific times of the year. These London based shoots are held quarterly in London.
The Spring and Summer shoots are perfect to add a splash of sunshine and blossom into your marketing – bringing your brand colours in and great for any summer campaigns you may be running.
Autumn brings in those gorgeous tones of leaves and cosy sweaters, whereas the Festive ones are honestly the best way to wish your audience a Merry Christmas – it’s all about the chunky knits, bobble hats and hot chocolates!

Seasonal Mini Shoots
There are three types of mini shoot experiences, based on different needs of my clients:
Group Shoot Experience
We start with a lunch, just you and 4 other business owners - somewhere yummy so that you can get to know each other and we will then head out into London, to my carefully selected areas as a group to create seasonal images of you for your brand.
Bespoke London Mini
London offers a whole range of backdrops, from the hustle and bustle through to the serene and everything in between. These sessions are tailored to your brand, meaning I use my extensive knowledge of London to find the perfect location to tell your brand story.
Studio Sessions
Set in a beautiful studio location in London in order to create your Bio / Profile pics. These sessions are tailored around creating specific images, whether that be bio images, cake portraits or a dating profile picture we will use this 15 minute session to target a specific image need in your business.

On booking your shoot you will be sent a brand questionnaire to help me get to know your brand so I know how best to capture it in our time together. This questionnaire will also enable me to put together your shoot plan with ideas for props and outfits. For the 30 minute shoots we will also have a planning call.

So what does a Mini Shoot include?
The time will vary depending on the sessions booked. As an example, you'll receive 30+ beautiful images for a 30 minute shoot, in your password-protected online gallery (both high and web resolution). So you'll have your collection of seasonal photographs ready to use in your marketing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Once you’ve booked in your date, you’ll be sent an invoice and contract, this needs to be signed and the deposit paid within 48 hours to secure your place, if not I’ll need to release the date back to the wait list.
Once the paper work side is sorted, you’ll be send a mini shoot guide to help you prepare for your shoot as well as a questionnaire which will help me get to know your brand and choose the best locations within your chosen area for your shoot, to best represent your brand on the day.
I don’t cap the number of images I provide on a shoot, but as a rule of thumb, a 30 minute shoot can result in 30+ images, with a mixture of portrait and landscape so that they are versatile for your marketing needs.
I know a few people have asked if they can bring others along, absolutely, but given the time restraints of a mini shoot, this is capped at 1 additional people (so 2 in total). With the exception of the studio shoot days as these can only accommodate one person at a time in the 15 minutes.
If you have more people than this, then the mini shoot isn’t the best option for you, but if you’d like to book a call in to chat about one of my regular brand shoots that would be more suited, you can do so by booking a call here
If the shoot sessions are outside, we are at the whim of the weather a little, as long as it’s not throwing it down with rain, the shoots will still be going ahead. If the shoots do get rained off, then the when each of the Seasonal Mini Shoot dates are released, a backup date is nominated, so do make sure you are able to make that before booking.
Seasonal Mini Shoots are held on specific days and times, and in specific locations, because of this, if you can no longer attend the shoot, the shoot fee is still due unless someone else is able to fill the spot that you have booked.
Your images will be ready within 15 working days of the shoot – for the Festive Mini Sessions, this may be quicker as your images will be with you before the end of November. Once they are ready you will be sent a link to your own personal gallery where you can download the images in both high resolution (perfect for printing) and web resolution (perfect for online use). I would highly recommend downloading the full gallery in both sizes and to a back up device, as after 6 months the gallery will expire and you will no longer be able to access the images.
