I will work with you to create mini shoot sessions that fit around your retreat agenda or host a day (or more) of mini shoots for your course attendees. These can take place anywhere in the UK or overseas, so let’s chat more to plan this amazing bonus for your clients. We can even factor in capturing some of the working and teaching sessions to give you imagery of the full experience

Each shoot attendee will receive a shoot planning guide that will help them decide their clothes, styling and props so that we can create images that align with their brand in our time together.

The length of the shoot will depend on what we have created as a package, this is completely bespoke so that it fits perfectly in with the work that your clients are doing with you and won’t detract from the time on the course or retreat.
In addition to mini shoots, if you would like the full experience of your retreat captured then we can build this into your package so that you have images for future sales pages for your retreat or course, as well as having images to share on social media about what you have been up to.

These mini shoots are structured either around your retreat or as a day of back-to-back shoots if for a course – if someone cannot make those slots I am unable to rearrange a single slot for another date. If the whole retreat or course moves, I may be able to accommodate a date change but this will be dependent on where it sits within the cancellation/postponement period within the contract we have together.
I don’t cap the number of images I provide on a shoot, but as a rule of thumb, a 30 minute shoot can result in 15+ images, with a mixture of portrait and landscape images. If I am capturing the experience as it unfolds, this number will depend on how much activity is taking place.
Mini shoot images will be provided to the attendees within 15 working days of the event ending. For experience images of your retreat or course, a shorter timeframe can be discussed based on the agenda of the day.
