London brand shoot with Performance Strategist Charlotte

UK Brand Shoots

I first met Charlotte on a retreat and we chatted loads, and whilst the retreat locations weren’t the right vibe for Charlotte’s brand, I loved that I then got to source a beautiful location instead for her London brand shoot (through my fave Styled Home Studios) to create the images she needed for her website, book launch and upcoming PR.  We needed a mix of working images, mockups for her book, wellbeing images and then some out and about in London for a slightly more corporate field.  And despite Charlotte thinking she had packed too much, I loved her wardrobe and the resulting images we got – it’s always better to bring too much than not enough!

So, without further ado let’s get to know Charlotte a bit more!

What first got you into your field?

I’ve always been captivated by high performance, but it was my own journey as a leader in the management consulting tech space that really set me on this path. Even though I loved what I did, my approach wasn’t sustainable. I ended up facing severe burnout and a long recovery. It’s a story that resonates with many high achievers.

I wanted to succeed without burning out or giving up other parts of my life. I aimed to excel while still feeling good and keeping balance. After a lot of trial and error, I developed the Achievement Algorithm. This framework is all about creating a paradigm shift in leadership. It helps you align your nervous system for peak performance, enabling you to quantum leap your success and crack the code to sustainable leadership.

The Achievement Algorithm isn’t just a method; it’s the secret to achieving true high performance without the sacrifice. It’s about reaching your goals while staying balanced and feeling your best.

“I didn’t have many fears—mostly, I was just excited! Though, I did worry a bit about having overpacked outfits and whether I’d get a big enough variety of images within the timeframe. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case at all; I ended up with lots of great images.

I loved just having fun with the shoot and felt super comfortable and confident throughout.

The images have helped position my new brand professionally and I have a great resource for upcoming PR outreach and my book launch.”

What is a ‘reality’ of your work that other people don’t realise?

Honestly, the reality is that I get to walk my dog several times a day and it’s great – you’re also likely to hear him snoring under my chair if we ever work together 😅

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? (can be on anything!)

The best advice I ever got was that everything you want starts with how you see yourself. I didn’t fully grasp this for a long time, but once I did, everything began to shift.

What’s your cocktail / mocktail of choice?

An old fashioned! 🥃👌

One of the things I love about brand shoots in London is the variety you can create – there aren’t many vibes I can’t create in London!  So if you want your own London brand shoot, let’s chat!
